5 Dumbbell Deadlifts
5 Dumbbell Hang Cleans
5 Dumbbell Thrusters

Loading should equal 45% of bodyweight.

Some CFF members are heading up the Mountaineer's Route at Mt Whitney this weekend...good luck guys!
