Still nursing my back, so I made up my own low intensity workout:
3 rounds:
500m Row easy
30 lunges
5 muscle ups

Should have gone 5 rounds though.

Brandon from Steve's Club

This is Brandon 17 years old. Came to Steve's Club on Jan. 4th 2008. I am workin out to motivate myself for football, basketball and wrestling. I like to come to Steve's Club cause I like to push myself to work harder and increase my level of fitness. If I wasn't here I would be running the streets like most of my friends and getting in trouble. Steve's CLub is my second home.

Today we did,
50 Sumo Deadlift high Pulls, 45 lbs
50 Thrusters 45lbs
30 Pullups

my time was 10:13. The last reps of thrusters were almost impossible. I struggled but finished so I was happy with my time.
