Do to equipment malfunction, I was unable to do the pull-up portion on the workout today. Instead, I did add two pushups/min. Completed 14 rounds. A lot harder than I had originally thought.

And my vote is also Steve.

Scott

I know a Steve when I see one...

Heather

It's Nate...

... and I miss CrossFit Flood!!

Marc

My vote is for Nate.

Marc

Mindi

I can tell by his clothes that it is...oh wait...

I got 10 rounds today which I'm very happy with, and my vote is Steve in the pic.
See everyone tomorrow for F.F.!
My arms are toast by the way.

I'm voting Steve.

As for the workout today, I got 12 rounds before I tapped out. I just have to say that I will never take so much time off again. When you're getting light-headed doing a 63lb clean (yesterday), you know that you've taken too much time off.

Pathetic.

My vote is for Nate....and I'd put money on it.

Well I guess that answers that. Nate it is...dang.

I got 16 rounds. Round 13 I felt good, round 14 was a little tough, but 15 and 16 were TOUGH!!

Great job today. Kristen great to have you back in the gym.

I made it through 11 (with less than a second remaining). Afterwards Tank showed me how narrow my grip was on the pullups and how much more effective I could be with a wider pullup grip. Can't wait to give it another go next time.

Gotta love the person attention at Xfit Flood! Thanks, Steve, for pushing us all and helping us continually move toward virtuosity.

Karen

I had to chime in a second Chad's comment. I can't even begin to thank Steve enough for always pushing me a little further than I think I can go (and having an ear available on days that I get really frustrated....like Tuesday!).

Thank you Steve (and everyone at Flood) for making me want to come back each day. OK well...most days anyway! =)

Tank

Thanks guys.

I love our gym and the people who make it what it is.

I'm going out on a limb and saying absolutely that is Steve... I think you can tell by the expression on his face.

10 rounds... this workout is always a good measuring stick to see where you are on both pullups and pushups. It certainly exposes your weaknesses, as all good CrossFit workouts do.

Nate O

look at that guy, he's terrin it up. That's definitely me, because i always beat steve, and the other steve too for that matter. but if you really want to know how to tell the difference.....maybe not. later.
