red band, rx push ups

I'm so excited...the last time we did this I only got 11 doing mostly knee push ups and pulls with a green band! And I did my FIRST regular pull up ever on Saturday's workout- I have witnesses- Katie and April!

6AMer's- Thanks for all the help with the rope climbing. You guys are great.

Noah Molascon got a little publicity on http://www.xfitmom.com/. They named a WOD after him.
Heather it will be great to have you back in the gym.

There are a couple of articles about CrossFit on MSN.com today. Thanks for pointing them out Jared.

It felt good to get back in the gym after spending several days rotating between my bed and the bathroom with a jacked up stomach. I'm pretty sure I lost at least 5 pounds.

Steve put up an Orakerean effort again this morning. Good job!

Finally, my youngest son is a handsome little bundle and my wife is a-MA-zing! She is definitely looking forward to getting back.

Has anyone else looked at the photo of the day and imagined Eric singing "Proud to be an American" while doing this workout?

An unimpressive but solid score. I'm slowly but surely getting back into shape after taking such a long time off. I was really nervous before this workout for some reason. *Shrug*

Pushups were limiting for me today.
