20 minutes of:
95 # Thruster, 5 reps
95 # Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 # Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

-7 rounds completed as RX'd

Tuff workout.
And yes you did read it correctly 6AMers, Tim did Thrusters!

today i did the workout from the main page of CrossFit. I completed 6 rounds of the Thruster, Hang Power Cleans and Sumo High Pull Deadlifts. IT was a tough workout but I knew all my training at the club over the last few months would push me through it. I think my stats will only improve from this point.

Time = 14:54 (10ft target)
Totally wiped me..
