This looks like a blast today, unfortunatly I won't be able to get in. Work and not being able to get completely well are keeping me out. December is the craziest month in restaurants. Have a Merry Christmas everyone!!

I just googled the 12 Days workout...there are many variations but they all of one think in common...they'll kick your butt. Seems like a "good" Christmas Eve idea.

Came in cold to this one, as we were running really late. But this workout sucks as much as I remember it sucking.
I'm out on Monday til the 30th or something, so I'll see you all in the new year! My birthday is January 3rd, so mark your calendars. (It's a national holiday in Micronesia.)

Good fun this afternoon. This workout sticks with you for a while. Dave, Frank and Monica at the 5pm were really going for it.
Oh yeah, April, do you need a watch for Christmas...I think I need to reconsider a punishment for latecomers. How about 10 burpees for each minute after 5 minutes late?

Steve, normally I'd submit to a lateness penalty with minimal whining, but I think that a smoking Jeep is a legitimate reason for tardiness. The fact that I showed up sans power steering and leaking fluid should be laudatory. That is the level of my commitment!
