Watch this video for the intensity and demonstration of power!! You'll note his form is not perfect on several of the movements but he does do a great job balancing going too slow with perfect form versus slacking off on the reps just to get a few more seconds off.
This was something Jared and I were talking about just this last week. In a WOD we are looking for intensity but maintaining near perfect form. For a record, the form needs to be consistent on each rep.
