8::20 24" box/vert on the HSPU, used the toes for the dips. I had a 9::55 on the last one, right when I came back from the long break. It's encouraging!

41/33 - one better each from last week.

JT cool because it's a little bit different - you don't suck wind as much, but your arms feel completely wasted by the end.

Mikey, good luck on jury duty. Remember "Guilty until proven innocent"

Steve O, miss you. I will wear the shirt/shorts combo in your honor this week.

Good all-around day w/ JT and the :2 drill.

9::43

Improved HSPU from 2/17 JT doing 21 - 7 - 2 racked bar assist and finishing the rest off the GHD.

Regressed on the ring dips from 2/17 doing less unassisted today.

35/36 on the :2 drill

Bands on the HSPU and assisted dips (band through the rings). Believe it or not, this was a PR. It's a shame that we can't use our legs for any of this...

34 Jumping Squats
45 Seated Press

I don't think I re-warmed up too well for the Jumping Squats. If I had to do it again I would have done some regular squats beforehand.

Nice work today Travis!! Man, that guy brings the intensity.

HSPU using the GHD machine, first round of dips was unassisted, used feet assistance on second round of dips and purple band on 3rd round of dips. This workout frustrates me everytime.

:1 Jumping squats - 34
:1 seated press - 30

green/purple band on HSPU
assist. dips- purple band on rings

I felt better across the board on all 3 exercises and was able to do all of the push ups on my toes without it slowing me down too much or taking away from the intensity. The push ups felt 100% better than they did the last 2 times we've done JT. That alone seemed like a personal victory today :)

Ok now that pic is just plain goofy. I don't even know HOW to make that expression...
