Don't you just hate it when instead of hitting the snooze button for 6 more minutes of rest you turn the alarm off? That was my morning. Maybe I'll check out the noon or 5pm class.

My guess is that Mr Pukie's friend is the guy on the far left, middle row. I hear he has a weak stomach.

I felt good until I started running, then I realized I'm still sick. My first round was good (2::41), cause I was chasing Brian. I'm gonna have to do this again when I'm all better, I think I can do well with it.

On another note, what a good lookin group in that picture!

The 7am class really stepped it up in the absence of our superstar (Cameron).

Not that he needs it, but Mark T. had the nice advantage of Colorado lungs. Nice work!

Steve O., it wasn't quite the same without having to try and chase you down. I guess Cam will do his best to carry the green "jersey" in your absence.

45 seconds better than last time. This nutrition stuff really works!

Nice Anthony!! Post what changes you've made to your diet and what improvements you've seen...I'd love to hear how it's going! (you can post comments and questions regarding your diet on the nutrition blog)

Let me tell you - there's one thing I'd rather do less than running 3x800m. It's rowing 3x800m. BUT I did improve my time by about 22 seconds. I missed lunch today but had a 2 block carb snack and 2blocks of fats. I don't think it helped fuel my empty tank enough... I think I could have done better.

It was nice seeing the 5pm crew this afternoon, and having Tank show me some leg as he's trying to explain where to do trigger points on my IT band. Everyone did a great job on the runs (and Mindi with her special "rowing shoes")

Cameron

Oh yeah - most of my time made-up was in the first 800. I wanted to die

I think my eating has been a bit more consistent with the Zone and I've been using some paleo in the mix as well. Like Anthony I have to think my diet is what is accounting for the difference.

Last night however we celebrated Eric J.'s birthday, and my nutrition was not all that great. Today is going to feel extra special.

Also, I'm starting to see people put more and more of the Pose running to use. The drills we are doing are starting to carry into the runs. Don't be frustrated if the form breaks down, that's what happens as you are learning it. Each time you try to run this way just try to make it a little further than you did last time.
