2::57 (run), 135/155/175/185, 2:42 (row)

I tried keeping up with Dave on the first run, but it only lasted about 10 seconds. My knee started acting up again - so frustrating. Marc seems to think it's a food stabilization issue and since it's a recurring issue he recommends something called Hellerwork Therapy (http://www.hellerwork.com/).

On another note Mikey says I row inefficiently, but the right way feels like the slow way. I'm at least encouraged that my 800m rows are getting better over the last few weeks.

Excellent Job today guys!

The afternoon classes came ready to fight! Scott W and Katie E hit great PR's on their second 800. And a shout out to Frank at the 5:00 who also had a PR by 20 seconds :)

Great day and Great effort by everyone!
