Wall balls....it had to be...wall balls.

9:36, I ran out of steam by number 50. After the wall balls, I did Christine in the ASL (3 rounds 500m row, 12 dead lifts of your own body weight, and 21 20 inch box jumps) got 13:40, I was in survival mode.

Nice job, Joel, Christine was a tough one to jump right into after the wall balls!

I think everyone improved their times on Karen today. Debbie started late so the entire class cheered her on for her last 6 minutes or so and she PR'd by 38 seconds. =)Nothing like a little peer pressure! Great job to everyone!

8:01. Felt pretty good. Nate and Steve killed it. Impressive.

7:46 not my favorite WOD, but still good. My legs will be feeling it when Drake and I climb Mt San Jacinto tomorrow. Highlight of the day was running a mile for the binder with my daughter Alexis (9 years old) and she/we finished in 7 flat

My quads are still incredibly sore from Karen. I did it in 6:51. The first 45 wall balls I used an 8lb ball, the last 105 I used a 6lb ball. I need to work on my shoulder strength to get the ball to the F.
