There ya go sally.
What a killer! The hardest part was probably the Helen->Cindy pull up combo. I moved over to ring rows at that point as I was starting to tear. What can I say - I like to baby my hands. :)

Did yesterday's workout in a park up here (in CO). I think the newer kids play areas are designed to so kids can't hang off the ground. The "bars" where all really thick so you couldn't get your hand around them. So, I did pull-ups on some tilted circular thingy which was awkward at best.
13 complete rounds
See you guys on Tuesday.

Moved to ring rows during Helen because I tore yesterday. This one was brutal.

31:51. First time I have run in 4 weeks and it felt like it. Started off well but faded during the "Helen" portion.

I know I'm a day late in posting - but what I can say...it's tough to find time on the computer these days. Just wanted to say good progress by the morning crew on handstands yesterday. Robin - first time in a long time & a great HS. And John - thrilled for the huge breakthrough on the HS for you.
