Didn't finish: 2.5 rounds...

New knee issue today. I think my legs were tightening up a little bit b/c I can feel my tendons popping with pain when I go down into a full squat. Stretching relieves the knee pain. I had some leg cramping last night, and my guess is that I might just be dehydrated.

In other news - this might be my least favorite WOD.

Seriously? On a Monday? I so feel like cherry picking my way past this one.

When I saw the workout this morning I was filled with excitement...and dread all at once! After finishing the workout I realize only dread was appropriate. Now I feel accomplishment! Good job 4 O'clockers!

Tommy, I guess you did cherry pick it unless you hit an afternoon class. Nate, you killed it. I knew I wouldn't come close to it. Was semi happy with my 26:59. I think I should have fought harder to get 25(Mike I know you were trying to push me and I wasn't responding). felt better after this than last monday wall ball only for some reason.
