22:31 w/ pull ups and ring dips -
started with unassisted ring dips and had to switch over to assisted ring dips after about 7 rounds.
:1 jumping squats - 33
:1 seated press - 28
Definitely not my best performance in the :2 minute drill.
My legs remain ultra sore from Mondays workout.
6am had a full house today with 9 strong in the gym. Jeremy showed us all what a muscle-up looks like by going sub 10 minutes with 7 legit muscle-ups and 23 jumping muscle-ups. Nice! The rest of us will get our muscle-ups someday!!

Finally completed my beginner level ASL work today by subbing in Christine as my WOD -- 11::41.
Can't wait to be humbled by the intermediate work.

I did a trail run before breakfast this morning...not sure on the distance but it felt good! Added some squats and push ups at the end.
Nice time on Christine, Mark! :)

I think I might start posting my performance on here (I'm sure you were all waiting on pins and needles). If nothing else, it may help me see where I'm falling per workout.
