Never really got into a good rythym on the double unders. Too many misses. I wanted to put a low number on the board and was thinking about the round of 10 when I was on the round of 50. I left wanting to try the workout again.

Used a 70# DB for the 25 DB swings. Had to break it up into 3 sets of 11-9-5 with about 20 seconds rest in between.

Then I tried to do a little form work on my deadlift and the pull/shrug portion of the clean. Watched 3 videos on the CrossFit Journal last night about form during the clean and I wanted to try and apply some of the things they talked about. I still have some serious back flexibility issues I need to work on.

Got into a good rhythm with a 1:1 double under / single under ratio, i.e. I'd do one double, one single, one double, one single, and so on. I think I am ready to go for connected double unders next time.

Donkey kicks are awesome, Brian.

Just be careful not to go past vertical.
