Jumping Squats were the limiting factor. It is one of those workouts were there is never really a point where you can't do a rep due to the weight. Rather you are just tired and fatigued and it hurts to move. You need to realize that you can still move and have to fight through that pain and get another rep.

Use good form on this WOD. Tight mid-line and neutral spine. Don't get lazy on form.
