yesterday's WOD: 5:38, 71.5lbs

Starting to feel good at my CFT Scale weights on a lot of WODs now.

Looking forward to jumping back into CrossFit! I've been using a free pass to 24-Hour the last couple weeks while on a hiatus from our gym...it's been a great reminder of why we originally switched to CF!! It's more convenient but lacks the creativity and intensity... only one DL bar, one squat rack, and couple bench press bars in the entire gym with very few plates...no med balls or pull up rack...and itty bitty floor space. A sea of machines!! I tried to do modified CF inconspicuously in the corner...didn't work very well!! :) Love our gym!!
