What a great wod! I loved that this was a whole-class workout that didn't depend on any single person. For me, it was the perfect way to close down shop at Ruffin Rd., and further, my final workout with a gym community that has meant so much. Thank you to all my trainers over the years and all the friends I've made along the way. I will miss you all.
