Partner WOD:
10 - 100m Run
100 Burpees
10 - 100m Run
100 Plank claps
10 - 100m Run
Alternate runs/reps 1:1...you run 100m, then partner runs 100m, then you, then partner...complete 10 together (5 each), next, do a burpee, then partner does a burpee...you get the drift. Get some!

Best set of DU: 26. Up from 20 in the WOD on Monday and 17 last week when we did the :10 skill practice.
The WOD was tough. Not enough alternating to rest like a normal partner WOD. But having a partner definitely helped pace it.
Gotta love San Diego October Santa Ana weather...the BEST!
