“Tabata Somthing Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Did tabata sit-ups.
Completed 100 yd sprints with my nephew, completing 5 burpees after each. I was fatigued after 6 rounds. It might have had something to do with the up-hill 1/2 mile dirt and gravel driveway at 2000 elevation. Are you buying it? Jed wasn't really breathing hard. He iis 14 and a water polo player. To earn extra money, he cuts and
splits wood, which he sells by the cord. I Can bench 50# more than he can, but it's pretty pathetic to call a comparison against a 14 year-old.
