I just finished week one of the Paleo diet. Toughtest part was giving up diet soda. I don't think I am eating enough during the day (based on calorie consumption) and my workouts are reflecting this. I am not very hungry, though. I need some creative solutions for snacks and lunch portions.

I had "Paleo Granola" this morning, thanks to a link from Kathryn Welch. I chopped up pecans and cashews, added some almond milk, and topped it off with fresh blackberries. Yum!
